Gregory J. Tatich, 38, a beauty supply salesman, died Oct. 6 in St. Joseph Hospital of complications from AIDS. Mr. Tatich, a resident of the Lake View neighborhood, moved to Chicago in 1989 from the Miami area, said his companion, Dale Lewandowski. Survivors include his father, George; and a sister.
